Our products, such as reclaimed and antique oaks, offer bespoke solutions that other installers may not appreciate. What may look like a worn and scrappy board to an inexperienced installer, in the right hands, may become a feature piece. We’ve worked on some of the UK’s most sensitive architectural projects, including Grade I and II listed buildings, where history lives in every detail. These spaces demand more than just flooring—they require an understanding of character, craft and conservation.

With over 20 years of experience, we’ve developed a deep understanding of timber both new and reclaimed—alongside the technical, logistical, and collaborative demands of large-scale projects.
Our ability to remain agile throughout complex installations allows us to anticipate challenges and deliver tailored solutions. We’re proud to be among the few companies globally capable of offering truly bespoke work with reclaimed materials, with some projects spanning up to 12 months in scope and scale.

Initial Meeting

Credentials Check, Confidentiality Agreement, Technical Understanding, Specification Standards and Guarantees

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Programme confirmed, commercial terms agreed, timelines and responsibilities set.

BESPOKE PANELS & MOODBOARD

Hand-finished samples, patina direction, tone and texture locked to the architectural language.

Technical Drawings Sign Off

Final construction details, thresholds, interfaces and tolerances approved for fabrication.

Initial site meetings (x3)

(with Architects Designer & Contractor)

On-site alignment with architect, designer and contractor to coordinate sequencing and interfaces.

Installation starts

Dry-fit, acclimatisation, UFH coordination, substrate preparation and controlled first fixing.

Testing environment

Moisture, RH and surface behaviour tested to ensure long-term dimensional stability.

Adjustment of original scope

(Where Necessary)

Refinement of details in response to site realities and architectural developments.

Resolve complexities

Joinery interfaces, stairs, wet zones, thresholds and edge conditions resolved in situ.

Final detailing

Hand finishing, tone balancing, patina refinement and protective treatment applied.

Sign off

Final inspection, care guidance, maintenance protocol and photographic documentation.
